El secretario general de la OTAN, Anders Fogh Rasmussen; el presidente del Gobierno de España, José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero; y el Secretario de Defensa de EE.UU, Leon Panetta, anunciarán esta tarde un acuerdo sobre el desarrollo de nuevas capacidades de defensa.

NATO Secretary General, Spanish Prime Minister and US Defense Secretary to announce cooperation on new capabilities
NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen, Spanish Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero and US Defense Secretary Leon Panetta will announce an agreement on the development of new capabilities in the Luns Theatre at NATO Headquarters on Wednesday, 5 October at 1830, in the margins of the meeting of Defence Ministers.
The three officials will each make a brief statement to the media. Due to timing constraints, there will be no opportunity for media questions.
The announcement will be streamed live on the NATO website.
All journalists who have been accredited for the meeting of Defence Ministers will be able to attend.
